About 107Exam
107Exam is a free study site for people preparing for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test (the Unmanned Aircraft – General, or UAG, exam). It offers a full bank of original practice questions across all 12 ACS knowledge areas — every question with a written explanation tied to the public FAA source it teaches.
Why we built it
Most Part 107 prep products are built around paid courses and locked question banks. We took the opposite approach: the whole bank is free, unlimited, and usable on a phone with no sign-up, because most drone pilots study in short sessions between jobs. If you want a course with an instructor, buy one — but drilling questions should not require a credit card.
How the questions are made
Every question is original practice material, written from public-domain FAA sources: the text of 14 CFR Part 107, the FAA Remote Pilot – sUAS Study Guide (FAA-G-8082-22), the knowledge areas in the Part 107 ACS, and the FAA’s published sample-question topics. They are teaching questions, not copies of real exam items or of any commercial course’s bank — see the disclaimer.
What this site is not
107Exam is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), PSI (the testing provider), or any flight school or training company. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official exam — always study the current official regulation and study guide.
